Ongoing Strategy Work
Many of our clients make regular monthly payments to access regular strategy work and coaching. Meeting regularly with an individual or a small group, we work together to enhance your leadership and fundraising skills, create fundraising plans, and help you take on the next big strategic challenge you face, whether that’s building your board or preparing for a major campaign. You can schedule check-ins with your consultant by phone or email between meetings for special coaching sessions before important decisions or events.
We price our retainer fees by your budget size. Engagements can be for as short as three months and are billed on a monthly basis.
