Introducing Coffee Chats—our first-ever virtual group learning
At SK, we believe that individually we know a little and together we know a lot.
To celebrate and uplift our shared wisdom, we’re offering an ongoing series of Coffee Chats.
Through these chats we aim to build a loving community where we share knowledge and support – and where everyone can get the help they need at every stage of their journey.
We’ll be offering one or two Coffee Chats each month around specific topics and themes.
The conversations will be 1-hour sessions hosted by SK team members on Zoom, and will be offered free of charge. We hope to see you there!

This conversation is for you if you:
- Are in a leadership position where you oversee other leaders at your organization, work directly with your board of directors, and shape your organization’s future by guiding your team toward a shared vision, regardless of your title.
What to expect:
- We’ll start with a check-in and community agreements to create a space that is respectful, welcoming, open, curious, and kind.
- Then we’ll move into a discussion and open Q&A. We may start with a few simple prompts like: What big wins are you celebrating? What difficult decisions are you facing? How can we support each other?
- At the end of our time, we’ll spend a few minutes gathering feedback so we can continue to grow and improve our community offerings.
