Virtual Group Learning
At SK, we believe that individually we know a little and together we know a lot.
To celebrate and uplift our shared wisdom, we’ve created Coffee Chats, an ongoing series of virtual meetups. Each event will be an hour-long session, through which we aim to build a loving community where we share knowledge and support—and where everyone can get the help they need at every stage of their journey.
Coffee Chats is always offered free of charge. RSVP required.
Who is this for?
If you are a nonprofit leader who oversees other leaders at your organization, works directly with your board of directors, and shapes your organization’s future by guiding your team toward a shared vision, regardless of your title, these conversations are for you.

What to Expect
We’ll start with a check-in and community agreements to create a space that is respectful, welcoming, open, curious, and kind.
Then we’ll move into a discussion and open Q&A. We may start with a few simple prompts like: What big wins are you celebrating? What difficult decisions are you facing? How can we support each other?
At the end of our time, we’ll spend a few minutes gathering feedback so we can continue to grow and improve our community offerings.

For all sessions, we’ll enable Zoom’s auto-generated captioning.
To help support vulnerability and confidentiality, we will not record these sessions. What’s learned can be shared, what’s said stays.
